Cindy's workout video
My wife loves it and had the video for years before the advent of DVD. Now that it's in DVD format she's as chuffed as a Cheshire!! She feels that she has had a proper workout afterwards. SUPERB!

Great workout, but Amazon misleading
This is a great workout, however it is NOT 125 minutes long as the box and the description states, nor do "Extras include a mini muscles half hour workout." like Amazon says in the product description. I ordered it thinking that new material has been added to the old workout, but this impression is incorrect - both duration and content is identical to the VHS. I am disappointed!
