Brilliant!
I absolutely love this DVD collection from Cindy Crawford because it's completely different from any other exercise programmes that I have done before. Although the exercises seem hard at first(and they are not easy because they're more athletic) you can stop and have breaks and sips of water in between so get your breath back. Cindy is absolutely brilliant and talks you through everything very clearly. I've only started on this DVD programme 2 weeks ago but I always look forward to doing them no matter how tired I feel because I already see the results, I feel more energetic and started to shape up. You'll love it!

I bought this boxset as a replacement for the "Next Challenge" video i had. This boxset is brilliant - it not only contains this excellent video, but also two others!! A brilliant total body workout!

Best workout DVDs around
I used to have the Next Challenge and Shape Your Body on VHS back in the 1990s and they were great then. I decided to give them another shot when I saw this triple pack - being a bridesmaid in 2 months' time has forced me to have another stab! I've tried most workout DVDs over the years and tend to get bored with them pretty quickly - Davina is probably the latest. These are every bit as good as I remember - you get a really good full body workout and each dvd is different. I quite enjoy Shape Your Body which is 2 45min workouts but the Next Challenge is also good, it's a 1hr complete workout and the best part about it is there is very little repetition. Whereas most workouts tend to be quite repetitive and samey, with this one you tend to do sets of 10 or 20 and then move onto something new - it means that just as you may be getting bored it's over and onto the next thing. What's also good about these is that Cindy Crawford looks fabulous - she's not hideously thin, and you know she's someone who has made a living out of looking great rather than another soap star who is being paid to shed loads of weight and jump on the workout dvd bandwagon. She also isn't annoyingly cheerful and "I love working out"; she's as relieved as you are to get it over with! Each dvd brings something new - you don't get the impression she's just banged a new one out to make a few extra quid - and the workouts are shot across different locations, so it's not just staring at the same studio the whole time - I have to say though that I have trouble believing that Cindy Crawford ever works out in a basement car park or down a dodgy back alley in Hell's Kitchen. All in all, great DVDs, and a really good bargain. I've yet to try the third disc but I'm sure it will be as good as the other two.
