Synopsis
Eddie Guerrero has been one of the most popular and controversial professional wrestlers of all time. Members of a family from generations devoted to the wrestling art, Guerrero became famous during the Nineties thanks to his at-the-limit style, effectively summarised in his battle cry ‘Cheat to win!’. This four disc collection retraces the highlights of Guerriero’s career and it also include the RAW and SMACKDOWN tribute shows organized to celebrate the great wrestler after his shocking death in 2005.

An excellent Eddie compilation!
Unlike the prevous Eddie DVD, this focuses on his classic matches rather than the story of Eddie. There are some really, really great matches on this set. Along with the matches, we get mini segments throughout the DVD with different wrestlers recalling their favourite Eddie moments and their thoughts of what he did for the business and what they felt for him personally.
As well as the classic matches of Eddie, there is a special fourth disc. This disc includes both the Raw and Smackdown tribute shows from 2005 after the unfotunate death of Eddie.

These are all of the matches from the first three discs. You could argue that there are a few matches that could have been put in, however, there is no denying that this is a lengendary collection for a true legend - Eddie Guerrero.

Awesome
This is an excellent DVD pack showcasing the absolute best that the late great Eddie Guerrero had to offer Wrestling fans. It follows his career in ECW (a classic match between him and Dean Malenko is worth watching) through to WCW (his match with Ric Flair for the US title is great viewing) and into the WWE (again, some great matches to look out for include his WWE title matches with Brock Lesnar, Kurt Angle and JBL). In between matches various superstars and divas give their thoughts on Eddie and his career including Rey Mysterio, Vickie Guerrero and Chavo Snr.

Also included in the extras are his sigmants with Chavo, his last ever match with Mr Kennedy before his untimely death and an extra disk is included with both the RAW and Smackdown tribute shows.

An awesome DVD boxset that no Wrestling fan should be without.

Not quite 'The Legacy' but...
For any fan of Eddie Guerrero, this is a must buy, lets get that out of the way!

This compilation features some of the finest bouts of Guerrero's career; the early ECW matches, and the clashes against Ric Flair, Chris Jericho (despite the dismal crowd reaction to the match) and Dean Malenko from WCW all bear revisiting, however I felt that his match with Rey Mysterio from Halloween Havoc 1997 SHOULD have been included. The return bout on Nitro (which IS included on this DVD) pales in comparison to the HH classic.

The WWE matches featured are somewhat of a mixed bag - his matches against Rob Van Dam, Edge, Brock Lesnar, JBL (from Judgment Day 04), and Kurt Angle are excellent, however some bouts are just average TV matches from RAW and Smackdown, and don't really have a place on a 'Best Of' collection. The fourth 'tribute' disc is a nice touch, (with Chris Benoit's appearances edited out for obvious reasons) and includes two great matches, Rey Mysterio vs Shawn Michaels and Kurt Angle vs Shelton Benjamin.

Overall, as previously stated, for any fan of Guerrero, this is well worth adding to your collection, but I can't help but feel the title is somewhat of a misnomer - this isn't the 'Legacy' of Eddie Guerrero - but it comes very close!
