An arrangement of achingly beautiful tunes that will linger in your mind
I was luckily to overhear "Ghosts and Lovers" on the radio late one night, and I was immediately captivated by the beautiful and haunting harmonies. The title song, whilst still retaining the haunting, ghostly tones that Marissa seems to excel at, has an almost upbeat nature to it, belaying the bleakness inherent. Other songs have a contemplative, almost mournful feel about them - but there's not a single bad track on this album. Well worth buying.

Incidentally, this is the first time I've used Amazon's MP3 purchase service - it was painless, fast, and the tracks are high quality and DRM-free. An excellent service overall, but dangerous with one-click enabled!
