Works every muscle!
I'll keep it short and sweet - this is an easy to follow video which really does work every muscle and if you put a good amount of effort in, you will definitely see results. I was a pretty regular gym attendee before a friend mentioned these Firm DVD's to me and now I don't bother with the gym, and instead do one of these DVD's four times a week. It's much much cheaper and I think I look better from doing these DVD's that I did spending the same amount of time in the gym.

Highly recommend
This is a great DVD for fitness fans. The workout is broken into sections 3 sets of cardio with weights sections inbetween. The cardio sets are generally aerobics, dance and boxercise. I love the weights sections as they are hard work but you are continually moving so you get an aerobic workout too. With the DVD split in this way the 40 mins flies by and you do not get bored. The instructor is great and gives you plenty of instruction. Also good is that she mirrors you, so if she calls out left side it is your left not her left.

Only criticism is that the dance moves are fast and take a little practise.

Recommend for someone with general level of fitness. Not as hard work as a Nell McAndrews for instance.

Great workout
I love this DVD! It takes a while to learn the routines, but it's worth it.
