Otex Combi Pack
Consists of a bottle of ear wax remover and a rubber bulb, which you fill with warm soapy water and syringe your ears to remove the wax softened by the remover. Works well in the shower and does a reasonable job of getting rid of the wax, although it might take three or four applications of the Remover for it to work.
