CD Description
The Priests, the singing global superstars who broke the Guinness world record for the fastest selling classical debut album of all time release their second album entitled Harmony, which features tracks such as "The Lord’s Prayer" and "Amazing Grace". The Priests, brothers Fathers Martin and Eugene O’Hagan and Father David Delargy, were young school friends when they first sang together at the age of 12 (Martin and David) and 15 (Eugene). Their love of singing continued whilst studying for the priesthood in Rome. Once ordained, all three took up parish commitments. Singing was both part of prayer plus, in their spare time, they performed in local operas, musicals and choirs. In February 2008, a record company scout knocked on their door and asked them to make a demo. The rest, as they say is history. The Priests never allow their music commitments to stand in the way of their day jobs and parish obligations. The release of their first album The Priests lead to them being nominated for a Classical Brit. If that wasn’t enough they have given one off performances to The President of Ireland, The Prince Of Wales and The Duchess Of Cornwall and last but no means least, Her Majesty The Queen.

Inspirational
What can one say? These three uber talented men of the cloth have done it again. Their previous work touched the heights of spiritual transcendance and resonated long after the final bars had echoed into the distance. With this work they've raised the bar still further towards the heavens. The emotional weight of these haunting songs must be heard to be believed. Sublime musical arrangements fused with voices straight from the soul. Their burgeoning alternative careers may be their parishioner's loss but in terms of sheer lyrical wonderment, we are all winners.
spiritual transport
As the pace of modern life increases, it is a pleasing duty to report that here is a collection of songs that, for a brief time, can re-connect us with the spiritual side of life. There is something quite magical about the blend of these three voices. Harmony is a most appropriate title for this beautiful and diverse group of melodies, enhanced by the measured voices of the three priests.
I'd consider this one of the best albums I've ever listened to. Over the years to come it will be one which I believe will be the soundtrack to contemplation and the accompanyment to relaxation and reflection
This is so much greater than the sum of its parts and is food for the soul.
Beautiful
Another fantastic selection from those brilliant Priests. Their voices are so beautiful and rich. Because they believe, they sing with great sincerity and truth which adds that extra special dimension to their singing. I find their singing to be both soothing and uplifting at the same time. Whenever, I am struggling, I listen to the Priests and they take me from wherever I am, back to where I should or need to be. I hope that they will have "Do not be Afraid" in their next album as that is one of my favourites. I also hope that they do a Christmas album with Susan Boyle as it would knock the socks (and everything else) off all previous records. Gosh, the voices of the Priests with Susan Boyle on the same album - music heaven. And Gold Stars for Amazon for delivering it so quickly.
