	The Phantom Of The Opera [DVD] [2004] Buy new: £4.88 / Used from: £1.65 Over-the-top in a wonderful, heart-stopping way. Headspeakers and full-volume a must.
	Blood - The Last Vampire [2000] [DVD] Buy new: £3.98 / Used from: £2.38 I've watched a some excellent Japanese Anime, but this was a little disappointing. Stick with Miyazaki.
	Snow White [DVD] [2002] Buy new: £9.98 Terrible film. I hired this thinking it was another production (which I later found to be White as Snow) . Although this is true to the Grimms tale, but has none of it's darkness. Naff and annoying!
	Frankie & Johnny [DVD] [1992] Buy new: £4.48 / Used from: £2.09 I got this thinking it would be great...and I wasn't disappointed. Wonderful, Pacino and Pfeiffer are great and I guarantee you will come out of the experience with a new appreciation for Debussy.
	Sliders - Series 1 And 2 - Complete [DVD] [1996] Buy new: £14.48 / Used from: £11.00 Wow, remember sliders? I got the DVD and was glued to the TV for hours. What a fantastic series, worth every penny.
	Crazy/Beautiful [DVD] [2001] Buy new: £3.98 / Used from: £2.75 I really enjoyed watching this, it is a lovely little film. Highly recommended.
	Til There Was You [DVD] [1997] Buy used from: £3.50 Feel-good film. Only can be enjoyed if you are a) female and b) like romcoms. I thought it was nice!
	Ladies In Lavender [DVD] [2004] Buy new: £4.18 / Used from: £0.97 Buy for your granny, it was nice enough. But not quite my thing.
	Chasing Liberty [DVD] Buy new: £3.78 / Used from: £0.99 Enjoyable film. Mandy Moore was likeable, the story was amusing and the lead bloke looked (and sounded) like a young Rupert Everett. What's not to like?
	Quentin Tarantino Presents: Hero [DVD] [2004] Buy new: £5.98 / Used from: £1.50 Great film. It was a bit odd seeing Jet Li in a chinese film (Embarrassingly I've only managed to catch him in naff films like The One) but the acting, and story, were masterful. 5 stars.
	Prelude To A Kiss [DVD] [1992] Buy new: £3.88 / Used from: £2.28 Another RomCom, with a twist, this was wiiieeerd. Give it a miss unless you are a particular fan of Meg Ryan or Alec Baldwin.
	The Princess Diaries 2 - Royal Engagement [DVD] [2004] Buy new: £4.18 / Used from: £2.49 A bit naff, ok - totally naff. For my sins I quite liked the first one, but this didn't match up. Try Ella Enchanted instead - it's quirky and kiddish, great fun!
	Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars [DVD] Buy new: £7.58 / Used from: £3.10 Get this if you watched the series and fancy finding out how it ends. I quite liked this, though its main aim seemed to be to wrap up things nicely.
	Fierce Creatures [DVD] [1997] Buy new: £4.98 / Used from: £2.34 Not in the same class as A Fish Called Wanda, but still hilarious.
	The Odyssey [DVD] [1997] Buy used from: £8.00 Eek, the casting is utterly horrendous, and I would not recommend this film to anyone. But it is true to the story (pretty much) and if you have a few hours to kill (and it's on tv) give it a go.
	Excalibur [1981] [DVD] Buy new: £2.98 / Used from: £1.98 Another adaption of a traditional story. Although the casting in this is also dire (Merlin is totally freaky), it is a good rendition of the tale and worth renting out if you are a fan of Arthur.
	Freaks and Geeks: The Complete Series [DVD] [2001] [Region 1] [US Import] [NTSC] Buy used from: £54.01 I bought this because of it's reputation, and I'm glad I did. I laughed and cried (with laughter). Although this is based in america, some things are universal. Well worth a watch!
	Hustle : Complete BBC Series 1 [2004] [DVD] Buy new: £6.98 / Used from: £4.80 Another series. This is a gem, I started watching Hustle quite late on, and I missed out. Total Brit cool. Fans of The Sting - it is a must.
	Closer [DVD] [2004] Buy new: £19.78 / Used from: £0.01 The best thing that came from this was me buying Damien Rice's O (which, by the way, is fantastic). This is a rather mopey, pathetic film that just tries too hard too be arty and profound - miss it!
