For starters, series 1. The perfect show - you can just lose yourself in this.

Where it all began. I adore Friends, I think it slightly dipped around series 6/7 but I never tire of watching series 1, it feels so fresh and sharp. Can't believe it's 10 years ago!

.....whether or not they ever do is found out by watching series 10....by this stage I think Friends felt more like a soap than a comedy, you knew the guys like they were your best friends...great!

He doesn't do standup very often, but when he does, there's nothing better. This is the best standup show I've ever watched, guaranteed laughter from start to end.

Observational comedy at its best, he's Britain's funniest comedian and most of it is suitable for the whole family...less a few choice words...

A brilliant, original US sitcom. It's one of those like Friends that you can just watch from start to finish and find consistently entertaining....

Arguably the best factual show on TV at the moment, just Clarkson's rants make this show worth watching, but a great DVD for car fans.

Any of these box sets are perfect, everyone loves The Simpsons, but the later ones seem better animated...just a personal preference.

Football fans everywhere, definitely the best game of the 04/05 season for the neutral fan...unmissable.

Another perfect Sunday afternoon show, this is a legen of traditional British comedy. Just one of those rare shows that makes the most unlikely backdrop into a gold-mine of humour and smiles.

This is the epitome of traditional British comedy. Michael Crawford did his own stunts and is entirely loveable, but yet similarly compulsively hillarious. Everyone will love this.
