	Arrested Development - Season 1 [DVD] Buy new: £16.98 / Used from: £11.00 Not only hilarious, but staggeringly clever and often quite moving.
	30 Rock - Season 1 - Complete [DVD] [2006] Buy new: £7.98 / Used from: £6.59 The best thing on TV right now (or it will be when Five get round to showing it).
	The Simpsons - Season 6 [DVD] Buy new: £14.18 / Used from: £9.50 Others may disagree, but for me S5 and 6 was when The Simpsons was at its brilliant peak.
	Seinfeld : Season 7 [DVD] Buy new: £7.38 / Used from: £6.89 Again perhaps controversial, but in my opinion the best and funniest season (though S2-5 are also highly recommended).
	Friends: Complete Season 4 - New Edition [DVD] [1995] Buy new: £5.98 / Used from: £4.44 There may be a feeling of overkill thanks to continuous reruns, but the first 5 seasons are still as funny as they were the first time around.
	Gavin And Stacey : Complete BBC Series 1 [2007] [DVD] Buy new: £3.98 / Used from: £5.93 Extremely funny and often painfully accurate, not to mention sweet.
	Family Guy Season 5 [DVD] by Seth MacFarlane Buy new: £9.98 / Used from: £6.98 Not for the easily offended, but you won't find sharper humour anywhere else.
	Sex And The City : Complete Season 4 [DVD] [2001] Buy new: £11.28 / Used from: £9.75 If you're a non-devout fan like myself, this is the one to go for.
	Absolutely Fabulous - Series 1 - Complete [DVD] [1992] Buy new: £4.98 / Used from: £4.89 Fabulous by name, fabulous by nature. S1 and 2 are side-splittingly funny.
	Pulling - Series 1 [DVD] [2008] Buy new: £6.97 / Used from: £5.78 Very underrated and often overshadowed by Gavin and Stacey, Pulling is equally funny, but with a darker edge to it.
	Jam and Jerusalem: Complete BBC Series One [DVD] [2007] Buy new: £5.97 / Used from: £5.60 Gentle, warm, and beautifully observed.
