Visually stunning... i have never seen anything like it and its amazingly funny

michel gondry is a remarkable director... and carrey and winslet pull off their characters effortlessly

a beautifully shot, strangely hypnotic and well acted lesbian love story set in yorkshire with a soundtrack by goldfrapp

i feel the need to stick up for this film, its not a fast paced clickflick like the adverts marketed it as, but its an 'eyegasm' and ever so charming

A Classic, need i say more? Actually Yes, if you want to see it go for the BFI or Eureka edition, others are more often than not, terrible quality

gritty and raw, this film really sucks you in and leaves you breathless and in a state of shock in the end... well it did for me
