	Ministry Of Sound : The Ultimate Workout - Pump It Up, Burn It, Lose It [DVD] Buy new: £14.07 / Used from: £73.00 Good cardio. Dance moves aren't as good as Hi-Energy but the Aeroburn section really makes you sweat and the boxing element is fun.
	Latinasize [DVD] [2006] Buy new: £12.98 / Used from: £4.00 Really fun dances. Short tutorial before each section which you can drop once you know the moves. Not as tough as pump it up but definitely raises your heart rate
	Gabby Logan - Twin Results [DVD] [2005] Buy new: £3.98 / Used from: £0.01 This is great for building up strength. The exercises are slow but tough.
	Martine McCutcheon - Dance Body [DVD] [2005] Buy new: £11.08 / Used from: £0.49 Cardio section is really fun and the whole dvd and it's great for stretching and toning.
	Jayne Middlemiss - Love Yoga [DVD] Buy new: £4.68 / Used from: £2.52 Not for beginners. Really tough on the legs. I'd recommend doing Geri yoga and MTV yoga first.
	Darcey Bussell: Pilates For Life [DVD] by Darcey Bussell Buy new: £15.88 / Used from: £12.99 Similar to the MTV Pilates dvd's really builds up strength. Split into sections so you can choose to do a shorter workout.
	Pacha Dance Workout (with free CD) [DVD] by Pacha Dance: the Workout Buy new: £12.69 / Used from: £3.48 This has had bad reviews but i bought it as it was cheap. I love it. Fun dance moves, rasies your heart rate no stopping to learn moves. Not quite as good as the pumpitup dvds but still worth getting.
	Jordan - The Jordan Workout [DVD] [2005] Buy new: £4.98 / Used from: £3.90 I quite enjoyed this, tougher than I though it would be. Good workout mixes cardio with strength and toning. Split into sections and Jordan never breaks into a sweat.
	Jennifer Ellison's West End Workout [2006] [DVD] Buy used from: £0.59 Bit disappointing. Dance routines are ok but not much cardio, also repetitive in teaching moves. Some good short toning sections though.
	Off Da Hook - Hip Hop Aerobics [DVD] Buy new: £3.98 Bit frustrating for me. Not really a workout but the moves are hard. I can't get the hang of the bonus routine at all, if you like challenging moves rather than a workout you may like it.
	Beyond Dynamic Yoga - The Power Of Ashtanga [DVD] [2001] Buy used from: £12.00 Definitely not for beginners, Hard yoga moves, similar to Antonia Kidman's dvd. However not easy to follow for a yoga dvd as the instructions aren't clear so you have to keep looking at the screen.
	Aerobics Oz Style - Heat In Your Feet [DVD] Buy used from: £12.99 My most recent buy.Low budget and looks out of date but the dance moves are hard and fast.Takes a while to keep up with the dance moves as the instructions aren't always clear.
	The Firm: Bootcamp - Maximum Calorie Burn [2006] (REGION 1) (NTSC) [DVD] [US Import] Buy used from: £9.99 My new favourite workout. Really hard work but split into sections so the time goes quickly. The squat jumps are hard and lots of strength building as well as cardio
