Buy used from: £3.32 The game system has changed quite a bit from the original PlayStation 1 games but it's still one of those games that any RPG connoisseur shold have in their collection.

Buy new: £16.25 / Used from: £7.20 Rogue Galaxy sort of came out of the left field and took me by surprise. Very nice game setup with an interesting universe and memorable characters.

 | Star Ocean: Till The End of Time (PS2)
Buy new: £39.95 / Used from: £7.99 Star Ocean has seen quite a few consoles by now. But it remains one of the tripple A RPG titles, regardless of system. A classic, must-have game.

 | Dragon Quest: The Journey of the Cursed King (PS2)
Buy used from: £4.85 This game has a very nice and unique visual style. Some of the characters are hilarious and the voice acting is actually quite good for a change.

 | Suikoden III - Playstation 2 - US
Suikoden is another of those series that seems to never end. This is the first of the PlayStation 2 iterations and it's a top-notch RPG.

Buy used from: £24.99 Grandia is, much like Suikoden, one of those titles that seems to have been around forever. This particular title is a classic (and very well made) JRPG.

No reason not to get Grandia III since it holds the same level of quality as its predecessor. Bueautiful and imaginative.

Buy new: £29.95 / Used from: £7.98 Wild Arms offers a fresh angle on the classic JRPG genre. While I personally really enjoy the "classic" way of doing it - it really is refreshing to play in the Wild West. A definite buy in my book.
