After all the cardio based dvd's i'd done i decided i needed something less serious and this dance dvd is it - a nice all round workout as a break from high impact workouts

After losing 6 stone in 1 year i needed to tone up and used this dvd in conjunction with the dvd's above - geri's a bit anoying but the moves/routine is excellent

Fun workout that works - great moves - great motivators - i try to use once per week in conjunction with my other dvd's
