	The Firm: Get Chisel'd [DVD] [2008] [US Import] Buy used from: £58.00 My favourite Firm workout. Challenging and varied workout from a wonderful instructor. Mainly weights with short bursts of cardio. Also includes a 15 minute all cardio workout.
	The Firm: Total Body Time-Crunch [2007] [DVD] [2008] Buy new: £8.98 / Used from: £6.50 A difficult workout with an excellent mix of strength moves and fun cardio. Will definitely see results with this one.
	The Firm: Bootcamp - Maximum Calorie Burn [2006] (REGION 1) (NTSC) [DVD] [US Import] Buy used from: £5.18 A really tough workout that mixes great cardio with plyos and weights for fast results.
	The Firm: Power Half Hour [DVD] [2008] [US Import] Buy used from: £29.00 A 30 minute fast moving and tough workout from a bubbly instructor. Still amazes me how much is fitted in to half and hour..
	The Firm: The 500 Calorie Workout [DVD] [2008] [US Import] Buy used from: £28.99 Music and cuing problems aside, this is an excellent workout that is thorough, varied and fun.
	The Firm: Total Body Toner [DVD] [2007] [US Import] Buy used from: £29.00 An all toning workout that works your muscles hard and pushes the heart rate up due to the fast changing moves. The instructor is so professional and motivating.
	The Firm: Tight Buns and Killer Legs [DVD] [2007] [US Import] Buy used from: £29.00 You'll definitely feel your legs and glutes have worked hard after doing this 30 minute DVD.
	The Firm: Cardio Overdrive [DVD] [2007] [Region 1] [US Import] [NTSC] Buy used from: £29.99 The cardio in this is not as intense as I had hoped but it's a good workout for lighter days.
	Fat Burning Sculpting Ball Workout 6lb With FREE DVD A nice 30 minute workout for lighter days when you want something different to dumbbells. Th sculpting ball is good quality and definitely worth the money.
	The Firm UItimate Fat Burning Workout [2006] [DVD] [NTSC] Buy used from: £6.00 My first Firm workout which converted me to the Firm style of working out - weights and cardio from proper instructors. Not the most difficult of the Firm DVDs but it's a nice 40 minute fat burner.
	The Firm: Cardio Inferno [DVD] [2007] [US Import] Buy used from: £30.00 A good workout if you're short of time but the instructor isn't the best at cuing and there's no abs section.
	The Firm: Dangerous Curves Ahead [DVD] [2008] [US Import] Buy used from: £7.50 Some challenging cardio in the second cardio section and the upper body moves with dumbbells are great but disappointed with the resistance band.
	The Firm: Pump, Jump 'n Jab [DVD] [2008] [US Import] Buy used from: £29.99 Some interesting moves with the weights but I really think there ought to have been another cardio section included for it to feel more balanced.
	The Firm: Hi-Def Sculpt [DVD] [2007] [Region 1] [US Import] [NTSC] Buy used from: £30.00 A nice introduction to weights but you'll need to use much heavier dumbbells than used in the DVD. The instructor is sweet but nervous which is unusual for the Firm.
	The Firm: Cardio Dance Fusion [2007] [DVD] [2008] Buy used from: £29.00 No weights are needed for this DVD which has some fun club, Latin, jazz and modern moves. Quite easy to follow and nice for lighter days.
	The Firm Cardio Dance Slim Down [DVD] [2006] Buy new: £8.98 / Used from: £5.69 A fun DVD with straightforward and easy to master steps from a fabulous instructor, however as more of an advanced exerciser, I don't find it challenging and it doesn't get my heart rate up.
	The Firm: Cardio Party [DVD] [2007] [US Import] A 40 minute all cardio workout from five of the Firm instructors. It's an easy workout so good for light days when you just want to have a fun workout/
	The Firm: Hard Core Fusion [DVD] [2007] [US Import] A fun and thorough DVD with expert cuing from Allie DelRio Pointer.
