It's less complicated than Latinasize - don't expect it to be easy though. Meringue is a bit repetitive but you feel it in your legs! Also Salsa, Mambo, Tango (ouch!) & African Groove. Good workout.

Flavia is a good teacher, Kelly forgets to teach. Patience required again. Salsa, Tango, Quickstep, Slow Jive then Fast Jive. Best advice I received was learn 1 workout at a time.

Quite a few reviews say too complicated. Stick with it! I was uncoordinated, overweight - but have rediscovered my waist! Simply Salsa, Cha Cha Burn, Rumba Tone, Sambasize, Jump ‘n’ Jive.
