AWESOME5
I bought the Bose Triport in ear phones and couldn't get them to hold in, I bought the Etymotic ER6, they fitted well but the sound was horrible. I was about to give up finding something light for the gym with good sound quality, but then I got these!!!
Awesome, Awesome, Awesome, the fit is perfect, they are superlight and the sound is really really good. If you like the oopportunity to have a strong bass performance, these are the ones!!!
The noise reducing quality is very good for an in ear phone so I do not need to play at vigh volume and damage my hearing to get a good listening to my music

Highly Recommended

A worthy upgrade5
I hated the sound of my 3G ipod with the earphones it came with. I soon upgraded to Sony MDR-ED31's and found the sound acceptable but a little lacking in bass. I found the ED31's worked their way out of my ears during my commute and let too much ambient sound in. Upgraded to Sony EX-71's and found the bass improved a bit and isolation greatly improved. These Sony's sound SOOO bassy on other equipment but not on my ipod... puzzling. Two ipod's later (now a 5.5G) I finally upgraded (mainly due to the cable perishing on my Sony's) to the v-moda vibes, and from the box the bass was amazing but the treble a little harsh. 12 hours later the treble has eased and they offer a warmly balanced sound that is certinaly not bass shy. The best sound I've heard from an ipod to date and well worth the £50 outlay. They appear beautifully made and in gunmetal black are pretty unobtrusive. I'm a little worried that when I chuck them in my pocket with the ipod the metal finish will scratch the ipod... oh well. The vibes have more bass with the ipod EQ turned off than the EX-71's had with "bass booster" setting. Love them!

Superb quality sound - but be careful how you store them4
I'd researched several sets online before I purchased these - out of all the headphones in this price range they are praised highly for their bass response which is good for a fan of heavy rock like myself. I also tried my parent's Shure EC3 sets which - although having suberb clarity - just didn't have enough low-end for my taste.

These are absolutely superb - a full, rich bass sound that is of incredible depth. All the music I've played through them sounds fantastic. However you need to be very careful with how you put them away. I imagine a lot of people wrap their headphones around their players or curl them into a loop. Unlike most headphones which have a rubber surround on the plug which allows you to bend the cable around when curling it up - this has a metal one which will cut through the wire. I played these through a Zen Stone and would wrap them around the player when done - which eventually caused the plug to slice through the wire as it did not allow cable to bend 90 degrees without pressing against the edge.

That said I will be buying another pair to replace these because they are so good! Lesson learned about storage though.
