Great Item
The BluFM was just what I was looking for to play music on my car stereo from my mobile phone via Bluetooth. It works great, but I think the problem that some people have experienced with distorted output was due to the output level of the phone being too high causing over modulation. This was easily corrected by using the graphic equaliser function on the phone to reduce the output level.
Ok but not great
I found this device very useful as a radio transmitter for my mp3 player. The fact that it plugged directly into the cigarette lighter without a cable was great as it made it much easier to use in my car.
The bluetooth connection with my phone was very easily achieved and always worked great when stepping out and back into the car, finding itself again without having to touch anything.
Unfortunately, the microphone is hopeless, unless your cigarette lighter is next to your mouth, don't hope to be able to use this as a hands free phone kit - shouting does not help!
Blue FM

FM Transmitting sounds like an old ham radio - no clear signal on any frequency even though device is 10 cm in direct line away from tuner.
Mobile side is worse as nobody can hear you.
