Great battery. Lousy charger
The Kensington battery pack is a great product let down by a useless charger. Fortunately I have other chargers around the house so was able to charge the battery pack using an ipod charger to see if it was the battery or the charger at fault. After it had been charged the battery pack was great - it will handle at least three iphone charges and at least five ipod nano charges. Great for journeys - especially when travelling with family and two kids both running ipods out en-route. Could not be bothered to send the faulty item back and incur postal charges and hassle when I had other chargers. Perhaps I just got a dud charger.

Ideal to have charged and ready to go when the iPhone battery drains as it does quite quickly.
