This comic book is a ruck from start to finish.
Ok, the storyline is tagged on, but you will have not bought this book for it's emotional depth and thrilling story.
Instead, what you get is fight after fight.
Venom vs Carnage, Spidey vs Venom, then a three-way fight between them! For any fan, it's great fun to see who comes out on top.
And with some top art work, which clearly depicts what is going on, it's a joy to look at.
A great cameo from Black Cat chops things up a bit, and there are some great, humorous lines.
But what is it about? A short, but sweet, book, it's about the offspring off Carnage, and sets up Marvels latest new character, who gets his own comic book this year.

maybe i'm just a little old for this one (28yrs).
The story doesn't hold much water for me and i didn't feel that the situations were very emotive.

the artwork is good, but the mouths and speech bubbles turn terrifying villains into comedy figures.

good fun but didn't deliver (for me)

I'm gonna tell the honest truth with this book, i originally bought cos it went really cheap here on amazon, soo i thought mite aswell and i like Clayton Crain's style anyway soo it should be ok.

but when i got it and finished it i realised this is GREAT story!...first of lets detail the cast, we have Venom, Carnage, Spider-Man, Black Cat and a surprise brand new character who is not only a great addition in this mini-series but a brand new character for the marvel universe!

this is great story with fantastic artwork...i would suggest this book to anyone its really a great fun read wiv a lot of surprises!

5 out of 5 without a doubt!!
