Average reading
I bought this book following other reviews, which were mixed. I am not an expert in this area and I am just reading the different books on the different families. However, I found the book interesting but with an abrupt end.

I have read better Mafia books, to sum it up, I would say average.

Disappointing.
I recently took this book on holiday. I wish I hadn't. It is extremely arrogant on the part of the author, is badly written at times, and has a rather abrupt ending, which makes you feel there are pages missing. Having said that, it does provide a good overview of Frankies life, providing you can read between the lines. This book could have been so much better baring in mind the experiences the author witnessed.

The best book if its kind
If i was to sum this book up into two words it would be 'absolutely amazing'. When i picked this book i literally did not put it down untill i finished it.I love reading books of this kind and i can safely say this is the best i have read so far.I recomend this book to anyone into this genre.I also recomend it to readers who dont know as much about the new york mafia as i do as it is an easy read and would make an awesome read for someone new to this genre.It is a gripping story of SAGGIOs rise in New York and how his closest friends stabbed him in the back forcing him to turn government witness.I guarantee you will enjoy it.5*
