Video Description
Blu-ray release contains two additional tracks by Amy Winehouse ("Take The Box" & "In My Bed") and two additional tracks by Hank Marvin ("Wonderful Land" & "The Savage"), which had to be cut for space reasons on the original DVD release. Also includes previously unseen rehearsal footage of Hank Marvin and David Gilmour and previously unseen interviews with Amy Winehouse and David Gilmour.
Synopsis
With its trademark contoured body, twin cutaways, and two-toned sunburst finish, the legendary Fender Stratocaster produces a peerless sound that has earned the instrument a permanent spot in the annals of electric guitar history. The distinctive Strat was invented by Leo Fender in 1954, but it was Jimi Hendrix's preference for the guitar during the 1960s that solidified its popularity and made it the instrument of choice for generations of rock's leading guitarists, including Eric Clapton, Buddy Guy, Robert Cray, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Dick Dale, and many others. THE STRAT PACK celebrates the 50th anniversary of the storied instrument with a concert recorded at London's Wembley Arena in September of 2004, featuring the star-studded lineup of Joe Walsh, David Gilmour, Brian May, Paul Rodgers, Ron Wood, Hank Marvin, The Crickets, Albert Lee, Gary Moore, Mike Rutherford, Paul Carrack, Phil Manzanera, Amy Winehouse, Jamie Cullum, and Theresa Andersson.

Excellent Concert, not the best Bluray
This is superb concert that I can enjoy watching from start to finish or just dip in and out to my favourite parts.
I have owned the DVD version of this for a couple of years now and many of my friends have bought it too. I managed to borrow the Bluray version to compare it to the DVD and frankly it isn't worth it the upgrade if you already have the DVD. A good upscaling DVD player will give you a similar picture and the only real benefit with this title on Bluray is DTS HD Master Audio, which isn't noticeably better than the standard DTS soundtrack on the DVD.
If you don't own the DVD, get the Bluray but if you are considering the upgrade, I personally wouldn't bother.
Grande chitarra...chitarristi eccezionali...
Da grande fan del rock non potevo perdermi questo bluray...direi fantastica la resa del video e del suono (per quel poco che posso intendermi),ma certamente la qualita artistica la fa da padrona.
assolutamente da non perdere.
