Science 5-11: A Guide for Teachers

Recommended on the book list for my PGCE, this is a great book. Each chapter looks at a specific area of science - eg light or materials - and gives a clear explanation of the scientific processes as well as pedagogical ideas for presenting the topic to children. Out of all the books recommended for science on the course, I enjoyed this one the most.
