Synopsis
Two sets of female twins are mixed up at birth. One set becomes the chief executives of a Manhattan conglomerate, while the other set succeeds at becoming poor country bumpkins. They all accidentally meet up at New York's Plaza Hotel, and from then on it's chaos all the way...

Please Stop Making Me Laugh
This film is one of the funniest film's EVER!!!!!.
Bette Milder & Lily Tomlin are pure gold to watch.
It's got a really simple plot, In a small town of Jupiter Hollow, two sets of identical twins are born in the same hospital on the same night. One set to a poor local family and the other to a rich family just passing through. Then the story flashes forward to the 1980's where the mismatched sets of twins are about to cross paths following a big business deal to closedown the Jupiter Hollow factory. The film is shot in New York.
Bette Midler is Fxxxing brillant in this film and will have you laughing every second of this film as the poor Sadie,

Big Business, Big costumes, Big jokes, Big acting, Big laugh
To be honest this film is quite corny, it has a farily predictable plot as well as a slightly clichéd script.

HOWEVER.It is a formula that, though predictable, works. It is a film that is very very funny. The comic timing of the two principal actresses is excellent, and the supporting cast also provide hearty and comedic performances that add to the general revelry of the film.

There are several hilariously funny scenes in this film, which coupled with the tried and tested 'mistaken identity' plot make 'Big Business' a film to watch over and over again.

Other points to note on this film;

The production is good. It is a classic 80's film - making it fresh and optimistic, even though the plot has be used many a time. The comic acting of Bette Midler and Lily Tomlin is excellent, Tomlin holds her ground very well next to Bette!!!

This film has a 3 star rating because;

-the film is a little predictable

- the script is a little clichéd

get it ,simple as that!
If you like comedy and the optimistic humour of the eighties, this is for you. Bette Midler and Lily Tomlin really show thier comedic talent in this non-stop action comedy that has you yelling 'shes behind you' like a kid at a panto. I love it and any sane person will too.
