'A revolutionary diet'.
From the Publisher
Dr. Nicholas Perricone is a world name in dermatology, specialising specialises in non-invasive anti-ageing treatments that strengthen, restore and protect the skin.
Wrinkles, lines, puffiness and sagging are a symptom of ‘inflammation’ at the cell level, caused by poor diet, overexposure to sun, air pollution, and other modern-day skin irritants.
The Perricone Prescription counteracts premature ageing by directly reducing cell level inflammation through the use of food supplements and a special diet high in omega oils and other nutritional wonder-foods.
Foods in the Perricone Prescription diet are delicious - including salmon, tuna, turkey, olive oil, nuts, fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs.
Perricone Prescription includes 7-step, 28 day plan that kicks off with the remarkably effective Three-Day Nutritional Facelift.
The 28-day plan provides a detailed daily prescription for what to eat and drink, with a suggested (simple) exercise for the day.
The book includes fascinating before and after photos.
