Power cable problems
Bought the VAx force2, took it home and power cable would not stay reeled out to allow you to use it. Took it back and the replacement is the same.

Use a straw - its better
This vax is useless on carpets but just about OK on hard floors.
The stainless tubes are solid but continuously get blocked around the joins where fluff gets stuck. The filters also block quickly. i am constantly taking the thing to bits to clear our stuck fluff, clean filters and try to regain some sort of suction. So, unless you are a little old granny with no dirt in the house, steer clear. Kids and pets is NOT what this vaccum is designed to cope with, so use a straw and suck for better results!
Great Value
Purchased the V-118PP model for a present at Christmas (2008) and was so pleased with it that I ordered another one as a present. It is very easy to use and has not given any problems to date. They are great value for the price.This model has a good wattage of 2200 so is more than powerful to suck up most things.Hopefully it will continue to give an all round performance
