Only for Americans!
Do not buy this book unless you are an American or are very keen on American cuisine. It is not geared for the British market, either with quantities or with ingredients that are readily available . A big disappointment if you are just wanting to know how to use the thing!
I like it!
I've tried several recipes and each have been successful. Living in the North West of England, I too miss a few ingredients but these are easily replacable (or omited) if you have some knowledge of cooking.
