very poor
Rubbish. Bought one of these less than 12 months ago and it's just packed up. A shame because it looks and feels (and is priced!) like a good quality item. Avoid.
Looks good but too many faults
I have had two of these. The first just stopped working but I was able to replace it under the 2 yr guarantee. The lid of the second one has now seized up but unfortunately the guarantee runs from the purchase date of the first one so it's no longer covered.

What a shame - it's clearly a design fault as the lid on mine has also gone after about 2 years and I wanted to get a replacement as its a goood-looking kettle but don't thik I'll bother now!
