From the Inside Flap
That’s Science! Comprises a set of 13 songs which cover the content of the Key Stage 2 Science Programme of Study. This book and the CD that goes with it together provide teachers with an invaluable resource for SATs revision by using songs in popular styles as a stimulus for scientific explanation and discussion.
Each song is accompanied by glossary boxes and worksheets with follow-up activities and further explanation to take pupil’s aural understanding in to a written context.
That’s Science! is based on many of the accelerated learning principals and uses the 3 ‘R’s of popular song – Rhythm, Rhyme and Repetition – as a fundamental teaching tool to help pupils understand and remember scientific knowledge, while having a lot of fun along the way!

Customer Reviews
Use it loads - love it!
I teach yr5/6 science and use this all the time. We love the forces song (and have made up some actions to go with it) and last year a colleague used the song in her end-of-year assembly!
They are great for intros (what's the lesson about?) and really do cover all those important keywords.
Some are really catchy and the children remember them a year on. My children love them too.

Never arrived!
A great book, I had a copy once and wanted to buy one but sadly they cancelled the order.
