Non e facile come "uno,due ,tre"!
This is a course more suitable for dipping into rather than ploughing through continuously. For idiom and vocab it's excellent value for money but does n't compare as well with say "ultimate italian". The recorded texts are tricky and could do with parallel translation or at least more comprehensive text notes. Try this "-,non pochi decenni ci vorranno prima che si possano restaurare" and you'll know what I mean.

too hard too soon
Having finished working through the hugo 'italian in 3 months' (which I thought was excellent), I wanted to continue improving. Unfortunately there seems to be a big jump between the 2 books, which left me feeling stupid and frustrated. I'm now looking for another 'intermediate' book.
