Excellent for use in a classroom environment with a teacher
This book is the course book on the Polish course that I am currently doing. In a structured teaching environment where you have a teacher to check your answers it is absolutely excellent as it contains a wide variety of teaching methods - reading aloud, writing, listening to the accompanying CD and answering questions based on what you hear, etc, etc.
Note that I wouldn't recommend it for self-study as it does not contain the answers to the questions that it asks. But for a classroom environment it is excellent.

This an execellent book for beginners and intermediate students of the Polish language.It introduces the student to everyday scenarios without a to strong emphasis on grammar, which allows the student to start speaking Polish first, with the grammar introduced in a gradual progression.
