Pretty comfortable
I chose this over the Nathan back belt having read the reviews about the clips breaking and the waist band not being padded...and i'm happy I did. It takes a while to get used to but it's pretty comfortable - the only draw back is that as your water bottle empties, the weight shifts so it can bounce around and you have to stop to fix it / or put up with it. Its easy to pull the bottle out and put it back and the 2 pockets are perfect for ipod, keys, money etc. IT sits comfortably in your back and you can have the belt as high up your waist or as low down your hips if you like. I'd recommend it.
