I could watch this forever...5
First and foremost, don't buy this DVD if you're looking for a review of the tournament, or even a wholly unbiased summary of the matches involving Wales. That's not what we're talking about here. If you're English, Scottish, Irish or French, you won't be interested - this DVD has not been put together with you in mind, so steer clear to avoid disappointment.

If, however, you're Welsh, and aged between 7 and 70, read on. This is a celebration of the season we had all waited for for 27 years: the season that saw Welsh rugby throw off the shackles off under-achievement, that saw running rugby win the day, that saw the little guy put the big guy on his a*se. The season that saw Wales win the Grand Slam in Cardiff.

First concern: is this out too soon? England's World Cup review came out within weeks, and led to widespread disappointment, and a flood of English fans being forced to buy the Final DVD as well. This selection appears less than a month after Michael and Alfie raised the trophy in Cardiff, so it's only natural that similar concerns should arise here. But worry not.

We're treated to full highlights (not just the scores, but around half an hour of action) from all five games - and by God, does it bring it back. Hiding behind the sofa as Gav lined up his penalty against England (not a luxury afforded me at the stadium first time round!) and actually leaping as it sailed over - only coming back to earth to appreciated Eddie Butler's, "Shave away, Gavin, shave away!"

There's an in-depth interview with Martyn Williams, as well as talking heads from a lot of the other lads (Stephen Jones, Ton Shanklin, Michael Owen, Mike Ruddock and others), which is interesting in itself: there's also rundown of the top ten best Welsh tries of the tournament, as a lovely little extra, which bears repeat and repeat and repeat viewing.

This is not a historical record - this is a historical celebration, a celebration that you will be proud to share with your kids and your grandkids in years to come. Apologies if this sounds melodramatic, but Welsh rugby fans will understand. If there's one thing better than being able to say, "I was there", it's being able to say, "I was there. See?"

Buy it. Watch it. Love it.

Thoroughly recommended for Wales fans5
Unashamedly biased, this is a SUPERB celebration of the season from heaven. It's well edited, there's loads of extra footage (not just tries, big tackles etc too), the interviews are good and Ieuan is the perfect host. Buy it and treasure it.

MARVELLOUS!5
I spent the entire 2005 Six Nations campaign on assignment in Central America, so had to keep abreast via the BBC web site and telephone calls from my family.
So for me this DVD was almost like watching it live.
The interview sections are good and just stop short of being too long.
The tries and the crowds were great, here's hoping this young Welsh squad establishes itself even further. Wouldn't another DVD of the 2007 RWC culminating in the Wales - South Africa Final be a logical development?
