Product Description

Youll love your new VISOR Natural Processor 509 by LEQUIP® because...

This excellent, value-for-money product is a multi-purpose wheatgrass, fruit, and vegetable juicer and also a food processor, ice cream and pasta maker!

This juicer, one of the UKs favourite juicers, is easy to assemble, use and clean and has a very quiet operation due to the augers slow rotation. It produces a high juice yield, has an automatic pulp ejection for continuous juicing and a unique design with a stealth visor.

There is even a built-in reverse, which helps prevent clogging. The feeding chamber of this juicer has been offset from centre, allowing the stainless steel auger to effectively draw in leaves, wheatgrass and foods that will not fit the chamber - meaning it will practically self-feed. The powerful motor chews fibres for a full release of the enzymes, vitamins and minerals contained in the food and is particularly good with greens and soft fruits. The VISOR does not destroy nutrients by friction, heat or oxidation.

The screen itself allows much less pulp to pass into the juice, eliminating the need for sieving. There is an assortment of end nozzles for producing pasta and noodles, with a blank screen which can be used for mincing, pureeing, making healthy baby foods, fresh or frozen fruit sorbets and ice-creams.

Power juicing!5
My husband and I bought this juicer a while ago and have found it to be a fantastic piece of kitchen hardware, it has performed all the tasks asked of it.

As with all juicers it takes time to clean out after use (there is no way around this) but the effort is worth it as the finished juice is good quality. The juicer will process wheatgrass which is one of the main reasons why we bought it.

Worth the money for the Peanut Butter making facility alone.5
I bought this machine for juice and vegetable extraction but was particularly taken with the Peanut and other nut butter making facility.

At one point I hadn't realised that when the thick buttered product is coming out of the outlet you have to lop it off with the blunt side of a knife because if you let it back up or you stuff too much in the inlet at once, then the outlet-nozzle clogs and it can force the cover to jam tightly shut and you have to hammer it back with a rubber mallet to open it on its left-hand thread.
You don't make that mistake twice!

But if you allow the nuts to trickle in about a handful at a time and lop off the dry paste as it comes out, the machine makes perfect peanut butter. I've not tried the pasta yet.

You do have to add a little salt and a drizzle of groundnut oil to make it just like peanut butter you buy in jars but the only way you could avoid having to do that would be to buy a dedicated peanut butter machine that is very fast and dangerously noisy.

This machine is ultra quiet and doesn't heat the oils or juices in anything you're extracting so it's healthier. Like cold pressed oil.

It's durable and makes wonderful apple and other fruit juices. Easy to clean. They even give you a large brush to clean out the various tubes and outlets when you wash them in soapy water. Nothing to rust. Very strong plastic and a very good product that we leave out on our kitchen worktop ready for use.

Anyone tasting the peanut butter wants to know what machine we used to make it, it's so delicious. I can't say fairer than that.
It gets 10 out of 10. Anything wrong with it is down to the mistakes of the user in my opinion.

Dissapointed5
I recently purchased this products as I liked the syle of it as I wanted to leave it on my kitchen worktop. I have found it very slow and frustrating to use and the plastic cog to chomp up the veg would of been nicer if it was made of steel with sharper looking edges. You have to cut the veg up into small chunks so it doesn't get stuck in the shute. If this happens its really messy trying to sort it out!

I found pulp left in the juice itself so you still have to strain it after spending so much time extracting it in the first place.

Unfortunately I can't send it back and will have use it or I will sell it on ebay. Otherwise I will persevere with it a bit longer and see how the pasta making facility is on it and wait until it breaks and make sure the next juicer I buy is what I want.

On the plus side it is easy to clean and the price is reasonable, if I was to buy again I would pay a bit more and get a faster more capable machine and do more research before I buy.
