Step by Step...literally2
I've used Step by Step books before, most notably for learning the ins and outs of MS Excel and I found it most useful. On this occasion I have found the process more difficult. Perhaps it is the programme itself that doesn't help. Whilst this version of Outlook has many favourable features, overall I have found it unecessarily complicated having fallen into the trap of offering all sorts of bells and whistles that one doesn't really need. As a result locating the information within the book you really need to have is a laborious process even when going 'step by step'. Also many of the practice files on the disc cannot be accessed so whole sections of the learning process cannot be undertaken and verified. I shall stick with it and eventually find what I want but will think twice about another Step by Step in future.
