Practical, Biblical help for those experiencing loss.
This book is made up of Bible readings which became special to the author in her time of loss together with descriptions of how she and others coped (or did not cope) with the stages of bereavement. The author has a special ability to make you feel normal at times when you feel blighted and distinct from the rest of the human population. It is good to read that the strange feelings and emotions that you experience at times of loss have been experienced by many other people before you.

The author is writing primarily from the experience of losing her husband, but this would be a helpful book for anyone experiencing a life-crash such as redundancy or miscarriage.
