A good place to start4
This is an excellent book for the open minded. If we want the 'truth' we need to consider ALL the evidence and ALL possibilities. This is one plausible explanation and anyone rejecting it out of hand has closed mind - and that's not good science. If we say we want the truth, then we need to look for it with an open mind. This book will help the reader do that in realtion to current evolutionary theory. It should be taken as seriously as any other book on the subject.

If you are interested in this type of debate you should also consider God and Cosmos by John Byl. It too calls into question the evidence for and validity of current eveloutionary theory (in relation to the origin of the universe).

I recommend both books. Don't just read books offering a view you believe you will be comfortable with. Challenge yourself: consider all the evidence before you decide what you think is true.

Happy reading

Hummm The word Truth1
After reading Dave Gormans Googlewack Adventure and numberous other reviews of this book it is clear that not only is it wrong but also uses evidence which just isn't true. The fact about the missing link for example is just rubbish. There is a link.

Creationism is a lot of religion based rubbish, and for Dr GIsh to call himslef a scientist, juts makes it even worse, i also read a report which states that he has had a big part in getting evolution banned from, being teached in some schools in america, which is damaging children. Quite frankly, when i see some evidence i will think again.

Two words
Cult and rubbish
DOn't buy this book, buy Dave Gorman instead it will leave you feeling better

Fantastic5
Why is it that Scientists are so pig-headed and too ignorant to accept alternative views? If a person wants to beleive in Creationism, let them. I have never known true Christians to do any one any harm. The only harm being done by this book is the mental anguish Scientists (who, by the way, actually KNOW EVERYTHING?) give themselves over the remote possibilities that they might not be a 100% correct.
