Use your own mind4
I find it interesting that the other reviews for this DVD are either 5 stars or 1 star! This probably means that it has evoked an emotional response from either "side" of the debate, rather than a balanced evaluation.

My thoughts after this would be to view it for yourself - don't let comments from the other reviewers convince you before you've watched it, or on the other hand, ridicule you for having an open mind.

After having seen this presentation, it would seem that having looked at the same evidence, different scientists have come to totally opposite conclusions! The evidence is the evidence is the evidence so it can't contradict itself. Perhaps the motivation behind the scientist's view is what does it.

What I've asked myself is "Who do I believe?" "Which group is more interested in publishing a paper for their own self-promotion?"

Whilst it's true that science is meant to be totally objective, many that I have come across or read about are keen to put their own discovery (especially in evolutionary fields) at the centre of evolutionary process, with other scientists' discoveries/theories as dead ends leading to nowhere.

It's also true that many religious groups do not look at their own "text-books" and so are a poor advertisement for their own side; not being able to defend their own beliefs due to never having questioned them.

It would seem that the people presented here are genuine and have done just that: questioned what they have been taught.

You should too. This DVD is a good example of doing so.

I don't agree with every single point raised in the DVD, but have found it interesting and thought-provoking.

A rational scientific argument based on real phenomena - not imaginative evolutionary theories.5
An excellent analysis of real phenomena, which is the only basis for sound science. This contrasts radically with the imaginative, ever changing theories, of the so called evolutionary scientist.

The fact presented that scientists recognise patterns as indicating an intelligent designer is exemplified in the Seti project (which vainly looks for life in space). The simplest string of ordered radio code is recognised by scientists to sufficient indicate intelligent design. And yet the evolutionists chooses to ignore the irreducibly complex existence of DNA, which far exceeds the complexity of all the software code within the global telephone network. Surely this is inconsistent in the extreme.

For evolutionists to believe that nothing created everything, or even just DNA, is truly absurd and counter to basic common sense.

Sadly, such wilful blindness will not only be to the detriment of the propagator, but also all who are mislead by evolutionary propaganda.

This is an excellent DVD, which purely looks at the evidence from a scientific perspective, without reference to religion, or any religious cause. All the scientists engaged in the production of this DVD were once evolutionists, who recognised the `blind faith' required to maintain such beliefs in the face of scientific reality.

Truth in science5
This video raises valid and legitimate arguments against the dogma that the modern day theory of evolution is an adequate explanation for everything.
The video looks at areas where Darwin's theory works well but also analyses areas where the theory fails to explain what we see. The arguments are scientifically sound and opponents of a materialist, naturalist persuasion would do well to follow the scientific tradition of providing valid alternative explanations rather than moaning about the metaphysical implications of the subjects presented in the video.
