Customer Reviews

A book to capture young imaginations4
An enjoyable book that brings together elements of adventure and excitement using simple but descriptive language. It's my three year old's favorite story in particular as the repetitive phrases gleefully encourage participation!

sweet story, but very repetitive4
It's a nice enough story with lovely pictures (hence 4 stars), albeit half of them in b&w - is that for colouring in? I don't like that the paragraph (We are going on a bear hunt. We're going to catch a big one. What a beautiful day! We're not scared.) is repeated 6 times in the book. The book is great for making a play of it, that sounds like fun, but just reading it is probably a little boring.
