Brilliant customer service
I ordered a lucky sixpence for a bride 2 days before the wedding, not really long enough for it to arrive. After sending an email to request it be delivered earlier I received a response saying it had gone into the post, and brilliantly it arrived on the morning of the wedding. Even better than that the wedding was superb, whether it is fair to attribute this to the sixpence I don't know but it was a lovely surprise for the bride.

Chistening Gift
Very slow delivery, all other items received within 3 days, this took over 2 weeks and unfortunately was delivered 4 days after the Christening - Too late!!!

The coin looked slightly dirty and should have been polished/cleaned which would have made it look like a nicer gift. Paper backing was quite 'cheap' looking also but the bag that it came in was OK.

A lovely token gesture
Bought this item as a christening gift and it's just the job. A nice token gesture, it comes in a little bag and is of reasonable quality. The service was prompt and reliable and I would recommend.
