Zoe's Review on One of her many well used Law books
This is one of the most concise and detailed books to use for such a broad subject as Intellectual Property.
It contains facts and judgments of the main cases, as well as information on the not so well known - but still interesting - ones. This book is not really for the basics, it requires more of an advanced reader, due to its presentation of detailed and extended arguments, thus proving Cornish's capacity as a good writer.
Clear, but not too basic, and well written combining both a professional flair with a tutor/student approach.
