Karen Goble is an experienced cake decorator who is skilled in creating cakes using all types of icing. She won Cake Decorator of the year in 2000. After running her own business for many years, she is now concentrating on giving demonstrations and teaching. She lives in Dudley.

Quick and Easy Wedding Cakes
I have found the book quite informative as far as techniques and recipes go. Good, clear instructions but the actual cakes were a bit over the top for my liking (with the odd exception). It certainly gives you some good ideas to play with
