Customer Reviews
Small, but perfectly formed.
Agree with other reviews about superb content, but 2 things should be noted before purchasing :-
1. This CD is only 35 mins long!
2. Some tracks are not fully formed, just musical doodles really.
Having said that if you are an eels fan you should buy it. You will not be disappointed, but don't pay full Amazon money - go used or new.
beautiful stuff
I have never seen the film before, and it hasn't got any reviews on amazon so I don't know what it's like. However, I bought this album because I'm an Eels fan. Since the moment I bought it, it hasn't been out of my playlist. The music is just mesmorisingly beautiful, two of the fourteen tracks by Eels, and the rest by MOE(aka E). The best tracks in my opinion are the two Eels tracks, Haunted Piano and Flashback Blues which contains a huge humming back, fronted by yet another haunting piano with tinkles of metal xylophone. Listen to this track loud enough and your ears will feel very warm. All together an impressive album showing Mr E's capability of variety.
UNHOLY
This album shows just how flexable mr. E is, from working with a band. to working on his own and now for a film!! the music is beautifuly tailored to fit the film, the skill and veritety is simply amazing. haunted piano is my personal favorite its eery echoing tune is spellbinding and camptures an aweinspiring atmosphere. the album as a whole is brillant and is a must for and E fans. please buy it you won't and i mean you WON'T be dissapointed!
