TRAPT RULES5
I heard headstrong on the radio years back and thought it was ok and then my brother who has thousands of songs on his computer had stillframe and echo and i started to like them. I heard waiting on the radio and fell in love. I saw the video for Stand Up and thought it was ok but my friend bought Someone in Control and its the first cd ever that i can listen to every song and enjoy it. I always look at their myspace and i find new songs from their last cd and i downloaded them all and i love half of their old songs but this new cd is the best cd ever, i love waiting, bleed like me, lost realist, and use me to use you. Such a bad @ss cd. I wish they were played more on the radio and on tv. I dont see how no one likes waiting, i think its their best song ever. Im really diging their new one stay alive. So yeah its a great cd. I cant wait for them to come to texas so i can see them cause they are also great live. Im so picky with music and i listen to their live stuff and enjoy it as much as their real ones, especially the live version of waiting.

Its pretty damn good4
I first heard of Trapt when watching a video on youtube, and i loved it. I got their first album and then got this one, and thought it was great.

The best tracks are clearly "Disconnected", "Stand Up", "Lost Realist" and "My Own Design", with a few other good tracks aswell.

The band itself has a kind of heavy rock style (a bit like Nickelback) and they stay true to their roots in this CD, producing a good quality, fast paced, full on rock album.

Despite its many good points, i was slightly disappointed by a few tracks but not enough to drown out the other tracks which are really good.

This album is an improvement on Trapt's first attempt (which was also very good) and it shows some good potential for the future....

Distinctly Average3
Unfortunately there are more weak songs than strong on this album. It's not a bad album but its not got the quality of other bands. Disconnected, Skin Deep and Stand Up are the only stand out tracks. Its a rather typical attempt of a "popular" rock band.
