Customer Reviews

One of the best of 20065
The view blasted onto the scene with 'same jeans' but to get to their real sound you must listen to 'hats off to the buskers. More lyrically refined than the arctic monkeys, and deeper and less ragged than the fratellis, the view are the must listen new band.

a band to watch out for5
the view burst onto the scene with their brilliantly energetic 'Same jeans' Love the album, this is a band that will go far.love 'face for the radio'Hats off to these Buskers, a glorious first album. Hope to hear more from them in the future.

Sing along with The View5
Hmm, maybe it's just me then but I love this album. One of the few I've bought this year that I can happily listen to throughout and not skip particular tracks (more than can be said for the Mercury winning Klaxons) Wasted Little DJs has been my favourite song of the year (yes, I know it came out last year.) It's not 'deep' or particularly 'clever' but I know all the lyrics and can sing along to it in my car. "Gran's for Tea" reminds me of Squeeze (that's me giving my age away.) Highly recommended.
