Excellent practical guide
The author of gems like Sacred Sounds and How To Meet and Work With Spirit Guides, Ted Andrews, here provides yet another useful practical guide to expanding one's psychic abilities.

Psychic touch (Psychometry) is not a difficult skill to develop since it is based in one of the most primal senses. The author explains how to find missing or lost items, how to attune to people through photographs and how to read imprints on objects and places.

One of the most useful sections of the book explains how one may easily detect and correct energy imbalances in the body and mind. There are many exercises and some illustrations throughout the book and the instructions are clear and easy to follow.

However, one cannot expect to successfully develop this ability by merely reading the book - a lot of work and patience are required. I like the author's engaging style and practical teaching techniques and I highly recommend this book to all who wish to expand their psychic awareness and abilities.

Ted Andrews and psychometry
Another clear and concise book from Ted Andrews. I tried some of the exercises that he recommended and they work. If you focus on the task - say finding your keys and "see" in your minds eye the keys and can imagine them in your hand and give a clear intent to the Universe that you intend to locate your keys you will be led to them. I never worry about losing things anymore because they are only a thought away. Psychometry is so easy to use as the ability is wired into us, it just takes two things to make it work. The one is practice and the second is trust in our own feelings.

Cant Put It Down
This book is superb, I cant put it down, I have not read a book since I was at school 10 years ago, but with this Ted Andrews book he is so clear and easy to understand.

I would recommend any of his books.
