When Frances Banks died her friend Helen Greaves was by her side. Then, one evening, some three weeks after Frances' death, Helen sensed her presence. This extraordinary encounter marked the beginning of contact between them from either side of the veil. 'Testimony of Light' is based on the communications that Helen received telepathically from Frances. The scripts have been authenticated by those who knew them both and who were familiar with their individual writing styles. Moving and inspiring, this book is a testament to the enduring power of their friendship and offers an important message to us all - that the death of the body is but a gentle passing to a much freer and fuller life. 'Never have we read such a spontaneous, simple, direct, happy and instructive series of scripts from 'the other side" Science of Thought Review 'A glass of spiritual champagne' - Churches Fellowship News

Testimony of Light
I have read many books on Life After Death and this book undoubtedly stands out as one of the best. The basic story is as per the other reviews so I will not repeat it. The main reason I was so impressed with Testimony of Light is that it makes such good sense of the Afterlife and introduces alot of ideas which have come up from other Afterlife communications which I am sure the author could not have been aware of at the time of writing - when you get different sources all saying the same thing you tend to sit up and take notice! If you want to know what happens when you die and why what you do and who you are in this world really does matter read this book!
A wonderfull story about life after death
This book gives a comforting insight into the journey of the soul after death. Frances Banks who is deceased uses Helen Greaves as a medium to tell of her experience of death. Frances finds her soul in a rest home set in the heavens she along with other souls she knew in previous lives nurse other souls that have just newly experienced death. We learn that when we die we meet up with family and friends in our own soul group and that the work we do on earth can be carried on in heaven. Frances tells us that death is only the beginning and not the end and that it should not be feared. I recommend this book to everyone especially those who dont believe in life after death.
What it was like dying and my life in heaven, by (dead )nun.
A remarkable book. simple and convincing as it is surprising. Basically, 2 nuns are friends. One dies. then she contacts the other one (from the other side)and they have this dialogue. She describes what it was like to die and her re-awakening in heaven, and what goes on there. It's beautiful and not that religious really, and what makes the whlle thing remarkable is that what it contains is not really in any accordance with the teachings of the religious order they belonged to!
This book changed my whole outlook on life and death. It answered many questions I had to my deep satisfaction - like i got this satisfying sense of KNOWING rather than just lodging another theory in the back of my mind. It made things fall into place. I'm glad I read it. Whether you believe it's true or not, it's very interesting, and there are lots of conversations for dinner parties in it.... Did you know that hell isn't all fire and brimstone but a cold, damp, drab, monochrome world where people are trapped by their own depression, fear and self pity? The bottom line is that when we die we all return to the place which is most in resonance with our natural character.
Heaven sounds well cool! :)
