Disappointed
I bought this book thinking it had more information in it than it actually does. Half the pages are left blank for you to fill in so I feel this book is over priced for what you get, or rather don't get. It's more of a workbook which I don't feel is fully explained in the write up. I was disappointed when I opened it because I could have written my own information down on a jotter pad and saved myself £9.57

I have seen animals in my Reiki work from the very beginning and they are a very good guide to some issues that the client is going through, however, if you haven't got the time to meditate on every animal you see and you are looking for a book that explains the power of each animal, then I suggest you take look at one of two Ted Andrews books called, Animal Speak or Animal Wise. If it's a workbook you want then by all means, get this one.
