Why did I not purchase this sooner?!
Why did I not purchase this epilator sooner?! It is excellent and I have been highly impressed.
Daunted by the thought of pain (and fear of waxing) I reluctantly purchased this item, placed the ice pack in the freezer and a couple of hours later, shut my eyes and hoped for the best. How wrong could I have been! Of course at first the sensation is a little odd (like plucking your eye brows for the first time), but after a couple of movements up my legs I was wondering what all the fuss was about. I started off with the "easy starter" and ice pack but quickly abandoned both for the normal set.
Beware it is a little noiser than expected, but with the light on the front, roller massager strips and '40 tweezer' head, this epilator is extremely user friendly. It is no more hassle than shaving your legs, except it has the added advantage of leaving legs wonderfully smooth for weeks. You can even use on bikini line and arm pits!
I would highly recommend this epilator to anyone. Why shave or wax?!

Brilliant product
I bought this product out of despair for wanting to stop shaving all the time, but didn't want the mess or cost of waxing. After telling a few friends I had bought one I was responded to with painful gasps and "ouch"'s, which I didn't fully understand because these type of products have only just come to my attention. I read some other reviews on here and was made aware of a few painful references but decided to give it a go anyway.
The delivery was fantastic and arrived much earlier than I expected. I ordered on the saturday night, it was dispatched on the monday and I received it tuesday morning.
After following the instructions and setting it up, when I turned it on my eyes widened and mouth dropped in shock at the loud and dauntingly fast rotation of the tweezers. Warily I put the ice pack in the freezer for a few hours and then started to epilate. I was so impressed with how small the hairs can be, and how little it actually hurt. One way I could use to describe it is like running a sharp blade or knife up your leg, almost like scratching. The product itself isn't sharp, it was just the sensation that felt that way. I will admit it is obviously not the most comfortable feeling, but if you are as fed up of shaving as I am, you will be willing to put up with it. It also states that the 'pain' will lessen the more you epilate.
As the instructions advised, I did it at night to avoid coping with some irritation throughout the day, and my legs did come up quite red but had disappeared by morning.
I would definitely recommend this product, or even just epliation in itself to anyone.

Epilation elation
Was very nervous about using this for the first time. The noise and the starter head made the experience worse. I bit the bullet and went for the expert head. So much better, faster and less painful! Definitely recommend this. Lovely smooth legs and no worries about shaving when on holiday! It's just great! I didn't even bother with the ice pack.
