Great shaver
Just bought this braun 9595 and i was supprised at how good the shave with it is,very smooth,almost as good as a razor,i had the braun 360 complete 8995,and this shaver is much better.Definately recommended.

worth the price tag, good razor
I had a Braun 5550 for about 10 years, battery dyeing, foil needed changing so I thought time for a new one.

I read the reviews, considered another brand and after some diliberation got the Braun 7 720. I did consider the 790cc (same as the 720 but it has the £10 a month self cleaning stand thing)

What you need to know about this razor before you buy it.

- The wire that powers it is a different connector (not the old style two pin)
- A lot of reviews say its noisy, its really not. However it does make a DIFFERENT noise, its higher pitched than other razors, but its no more loud
- The travel case is a bit flimsy, rubber band required really.
- The beard trimmer is only about 1" wide and the worst feature of the razor (personally I'm keeping my old razor just for a beard trimmer)
- Its clever head means you can shave much faster and also much closer than before, its comparable to a wet shave.
- You do still have to work a little bit with neck hairs, but it'll (for me) take off almost a weeks growth with out the need to trim it down first (old razor couldn't do this)

If I'd got the 790cc I wouldn't have been happy paying nearly £200, however this one for £90 is a lot of razor for your money.

Excellent shaver
This product was a gift for my father who can't shave with a razor blade anymore. He had tried some electrical shavers before but he wasn't happy with the result. Anyway, he is very pleased with this one. I watched him use it for the first time and couldn't resist trying it myself - brilliant!
